The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) was expected to announce its preliminary determination in the antidumping investigation on reinforcing bar imports from Mexico and Turkey on February 27th, 2014. However, the DOC announced on Feb 4th that it will make the preliminary determination by the 18th of April, 2014.
